A new addition to Amarr Scripture, Pax e Kilizhi Do is a theological work by Empress Catiz I setting out her interpretation and application of the doctrine of the Peace of the Two Swords. The work articulates the vision of Empress Catiz I for the Amarr Empire's future and her invocation of the ancient doctrine that the ruler of the Empire wields the sword of spiritual authority alongside a sword of temporal power.
